Meet Shine
Shine is a mother-daughter small business based in the Quad Cities. Renee is a professor at St. Ambrose University and a mother of two. Ariana is a 5th-grade student, big sister, and aspiring fashionista. Shine intern Jade is a kindergartener and elite mess maker. :)
Our mission is to design beautiful accessories that look great and give back to the community. Each year, we donate part of our proceeds to good causes. Past examples include:
$400 fundraiser for Mrs. Hunter’s art room at Truman Elementary
$100 Korean American Adoptee Network donation
You Are Beautiful sticker and ethnic snack donation to Truman Elementary (a self-motivated solution by Ari as part of an anti-bullying campaign)
SAU Art Club supply donation for Kindness Rocks

Many of our designs can be converted to clip-ons. Request clip-ons at no additional cost in the “Additional Information” section at checkout. We’ve also added necklaces, bracelets, and rings to our collection!
